Ultrafiltration membranes are available in many different configurations, including hollow fiber, cassette, multichannel monolith, and spiral-wound. Spiral wound UF membrane technology, as an high efficient and precise separation and purification method, plays a crucial role in biotech, pharmaceutical and wastewater treatment industries. Cobetter spiral wound ultrafiltration elements are available in a wide range of molecular weight cut-offs with regenerated cellulose membrane.

Features

  • High density membrane area helps improve the overall economic performance of the element. The membrane area per unit volume can reach tens of square meters (usually 3-5 times that of cassettes/hollow fibers), but the overall membrane module occupies a small area.
  • Easy to CIP,reduce the investment of equipment and hardware, and save operating costs
  • The internal membrane spacer and flow channel structure are compact, and suspended particles cannot enter the membrane component, resulting in a long service life

Applications

  • Decolorization, protein removal, and concentration of antibiotics, vitamins, and amino acid
  • Concentration, liquid exchange, and purification of small molecule peptides, insulin, and oligonucleotides
  • Pre-treatment for reverse osmosis and a final treatment for ultrapure water
  • Concentration and separation of soybeans, dairy products, sugar, alcohol, fruit juice, etc.

Quality Standards

  • ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System
  • Manufactured for use in conformance with cGMP
  • Each product is integrity tested prior to release
  • COA/COQ provided with shipment
