If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know. We’ll do our best to respond to your concern and remedy the problem.

For Customers Outside the US

No Physical Return: For customers outside the US, we only accept No Physical Return. Please provide the photo of problematic products with a brief statement on the situation by email to our Customer Support Team support@cobetter.com.

For Customers in the US

Contact our Custom Support Team support@cobetter.com by requesting a Return Authorization Number which is valid for 30 days.

Kindly Reminder: Please do not return the goods without contacting us. The shipping cost by the return should be paid by the customer.

 

Exchange the products

We only support exchange between products with the same catalog number. If you order the wrong products, please contact us to cancel the order first and re-place the order. If the order is in delivery and cannot be canceled, please contact support@cobetter.com after receiving the products.

 

Returns will be considered within 30 days of delivery.

  1. All returns for credit must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, inner packing materials, original manuals, instructions, warnings and warranties as well as any software or accessories included, if applicable.
  2. If the package has already been shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. If leakage or damage happens to products with high transportation risk, no return is needed.

 

Customer-Caused Returns / Refused Shipments

For returns, refused deliveries, or abandoned shipments caused by the customer — including, but not limited to, ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, refusing to pay customs duties or import taxes, or providing an incorrect shipping address — the following terms apply:

Orders shipped from our USA warehouse:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, address correction fees, and any re-delivery fees incurred.

Orders shipped from our China warehouse:

50% of the product value will be deducted as a handling and restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Product cannot be returned if:

  • Customer has had the product for more than 30 days (from date received)
  • Primary packaging or inner wrapping has been opened
  • Product is custom or made to order
  • Expired or discontinued products
  • Products that are private-labeled for the customer
