Single-Use Media Bottle Assemblies
Cobetter offers single-use media bottles, bottles with cap ports and bottle assemblies with tubing and vent filters. The bottles are equipped with a high-strength threaded design to avoid the risk of leakage during transfer and storage. These bottles are available in 4 volumes including 125mL, 250mL, 500mL and 1000mL. They provide flexibility and reliability in fluid transfer, storage, and aseptic sampling in bioprocess and laboratory research applications.
Overview
Cobetter Lifecube™ SSB PETG single-use media bottles and bottle assemblies are used for filling, storing, transportation, freezing, and thawing biopharmaceutical products and solutions. The bottle assemblies system includes a PETG media bottle, polyethylene cap two ports one equipped with a Pt-cured silicone tubing or TPE tubing, another one with a 0.2μm vent filter, and a dip tube. The key components of Cobetter Bottle Assemblies are developed by ourselves including bottles, sealing caps, tubing and fittings. These bottles are assembled in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom and are manufactured from USP Class VI materials. They are sterile by gamma irradiation and individually packaged.
