Ordering FAQs
We have a wide range of countries(about 60+ countries) that can place orders on our site. You can check the CURRENCY on our site header.
When you find the product you need, check the price associated with the product. Select the quantity that you need and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ Button. To check if the product has been added to your cart, please go to the site header and click on the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon.

Yes, you can click the Quick Order tab on our site header and place a quick order with Product ID with quantity.
Yes, you will. Once summit the order successfully, you will receive an order confirmation letter.
When your order is sent out, you will receive a shipping notice with tracking number, and the invoice by email.
You will have to Login to the site first. Go to the “Account” tab on the site header and select “Your Orders”, you will see you order status.
Login to the site. Go to the “Account” tab on the site header and click on “Your Orders”. Open the order and click on ‘Add to Cart.’ This will add the entire order into your shopping cart. While you are in the shopping cart you can delete items that you don’t want and change the quantity on other items before selecting ‘Checkout.’
Samples are not offered on all products. You can buy samples through our site.

Yes, you can. Cobetter eShop doesn’t require login or register when place and online order. But you need to be registered to access to your Account in which you can see your account details, your orders, your wishlists and track your order.
Registration is fast and easy and will simplify your online experience. Go to the “Login” Tab on our site header and fill in with your name, email address and password.
When you visit the login page, Click on “Forget your password?” Fill in your password and Submit, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
