Overview
The working principle of gas filtration during fermentation is to filter the air entering the fermentation chamber through a gas filter, removing impurities such as external microorganisms and particulate matter, ensuring fermentation quality and improving product quality. The main considerations for gas filtration include the position, specifications, sterilization process, and integrity testing specifications.
