Purcise™ AERB 0.2 μm hydrophobic PES is a sterilizing-grade gas filter designed for biopharmaceutical and life science applications. Featuring an advanced hydrophobic PES membrane, it provides efficient microbial retention while maintaining high gas permeability and low pressure drop. As a PFAS-free alternative to traditional PTFE and PVDF gas filters, AERB offers strong chemical compatibility and resistance to gamma irradiation, making it well suited for single-use systems, bioreactor inlet and outlet gas filtration, aseptic processing, and sterile filtration of compressed air and process gases.

Features

  • Advanced hydrophobic PES membrane technology, exhibits excellent hydrophobicity
  • Reliable bacterial retention performance under both dry and humid operating conditions
  • Resistant to gamma irradiation sterilization
  • EU-compliant Non-PFAS solution

Applications

  • Sterile filtration of compressed air, nitrogen, and other gases
  • Bioreactor and fermenter inlet/outlet gas filtration
  • Single-use bioprocess systems
  • Aseptic filling processes

Quality Standards

  • ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System
  • Manufactured for use in conformance with cGMP
  • COA/COQ provided with shipment
