PM2.5 Environmental Particulate Sampling PTFE Membrane Filter, 46.2 mm diameter with 2.0 μm pore size, equipped with a 3.68 mm wide polypropylene (PP) support ring. The membrane is manufactured from unlaminated high-purity expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE), offering excellent chemical and biological inertness, high porosity, uniform thickness, and low background characteristics.

The polypropylene support ring effectively enhances the structural strength and flatness of the membrane, preventing curling and damage during sampling or automated equipment handling. Each membrane filter is individually marked with a unique serial number for full traceability and batch management. These filters are ideally suited for high-volume and medium-volume PM2.5 samplers and are widely used in environmental monitoring stations.
