Cobetter Molded Silicone Seal Cap is a leakproof closure system, ensures secure connection during filtration processes. It is designed for aseptic handling solutions for biotechnology and laboratory liquid transfer application. It combines the chemical resistance of a Polypropylene (PP) body with the flexibility and sealing properties of silicone tubing to create a reliable, multi-purpose port solution.

Cobetter Molded Silicone Seal Cap include a polypropylene cap, a platinum-cured silicone stopper inserts and tubing. They are available with various ports, tubing lengths and closure sizes.

Cobetter single-use bottles are available in PETG and PC materials. How to select the material?

PETG bottle has a relatively narrow temperature tolerance range and can be used within -40 to 60°C, while PC bottle offers a wider temperature tolerance range, suitable for -80 to 121°C. Customers can choose the appropriate material based on their application needs (e.g., sterilization method, chemical compatibility, light transmittance).

What are the applications of Cobetter single-use media bottle?

Cobetter Lifecube SSB single-use bottles are widely used in bio-pharmaceutical industry due to the sterility, convenience and low risk of cross-contamination. It can be used in many processes such as the storage and transmission of culture media and buffers, temporary storage of intermediate products, aseptic sampling and drugs freeze-thaw. PETG bottles are more suitable for the storage of culture media, buffers and other products, while PC bottles are more appropriate for the low-temperature storage of vaccines, antibodies and other products.

What is the sterilization method for Cobetter single-use media bottles?

PETG bottles can only be sterilized by 25-45 kGy gamma irradiation and is not resistant to autoclaving. PC bottles can be sterilized by 25-45 kGy gamma irradiation or by autoclaving at 121℃.

* For autoclaving sterilization, fully loosen the cap to prevent deformation or leakage caused by differential thermal contraction between the cap and bottle body.
