C-QPM2, Multi-channel pressure online monitor is equipped with three-channel pressure sensor and flow rate monitoring interface, which is mainly used for monitoring pressure and flow rate in the biopharmaceutical process. The C-QPM2 pressure monitor meets the requirements of GMP regulations, and its alarm unit can detect abnormalities in a timely manner, reducing the likelihood of production accidents and effectively reducing the risk ofproduct contamination.

The monitor uses high-precision, state-of-the-art accessories to ensure accurate test data, and its pressure components are compatible with a wide range of brands.

What pressure sensors is Cobetter C-QPM2 multi-channel online pressure monitor compatible with?

Cobetter C-QPM2 multi-channel online pressure monitor is compatible with pressure sensors that have a sensitivity of 0.2584 mV/Volt/psi. The standard interface is a Utah port. If other types of connectors are required, please contact Cobetter for the development of corresponding adapters.

Does Cobetter C-QPM2 multi-channel online pressure monitor require calibration? If so, how is it performed?

Cobetter C-QPM2 multi-channel online pressure monitor requires annual calibration. If calibration fails, adjustment is necessary. Cobetter can provide long-term calibration and adjustment services. Alternatively, we can supply a work instruction to assist customers in performing the calibration task themselves.

Cobetter C-QPM2 monitor records data at 1-second intervals and stores it in its database. Users can customize the time interval for data presented in the report as needed. For more details, please refer to the product manual.

How can batch data be exported and printed from Cobetter C-QPM2 multi-channel online pressure monitor?

Cobetter C-QPM2 multi-channel online pressure monitor is not equipped with an integrated printer and therefore cannot directly print data. However, it supports exporting data as PDF files directly to a USB drive or a network drive location. Users can manage these files and print them using an external printer. Additionally, the instrument can be connected to an external printer for direct printing of data files. The configuration and verification of the printer must be performed by the IT team.

Does Cobetter C-QPM2 multi-channel online pressure monitor support both automatic and manual data backup?

Users can perform a manual backup of the active data in the C-QPM2 monitor by clicking the backup button on the database page, which generates a BAK-format database file. This file can then be managed (exported or imported) via the file management page. However, the C-QPM2 does not currently support automatic database backup. If users require scheduled automatic backups, Cobetter can provide the installation directory path of the database files on the hard drive. The operation team can then use third-party software to regularly copy the files from this specified path over the local area network (LAN). It is crucial that this operation is performed only when the device is idle to avoid data corruption or system interruption.
