PETG bottle has a relatively narrow temperature tolerance range and can be used within -40 to 60°C, while PC bottle offers a wider temperature tolerance range, suitable for -80 to 121°C. Customers can choose the appropriate material based on their application needs (e.g., sterilization method, chemical compatibility, light transmittance).

PETG bottles are more suitable for the storage of culture media, buffers and other products, while PC bottles are more appropriate for the low-temperature storage of vaccines, antibodies and other products.

What is the sterilization method for Cobetter single-use media bottles?

PETG bottles can only be sterilized by 25-45 kGy gamma irradiation and is not resistant to autoclaving. PC bottles can be sterilized by 25-45 kGy gamma irradiation or by autoclaving at 121℃.

* For autoclaving sterilization, fully loosen the cap to prevent deformation or leakage caused by differential thermal contraction between the cap and bottle body.
