What are the fetures and application conditions of Cobetter single-use freeze-thaw bags?

1. Cobetter Single-use freeze-thaw bags are widely used in the bio-pharmaceutical industry, especially in the production and storage of biological macromolecule drugs such as vaccines, blood products, antibody drugs and recombinant therapeutic proteins. These bags can ensure the stability and safety of the medicine during the freezing and thawing process.

2. Temperature range: -80°C to 40°C

What are the features and application conditions of Cobetter FDT Single-use Freezing Trays?

1. Cobetter Lifecube FDT Single-use Freezing Trays are mainly used for batch or single freeze-drying process. The freezing tray is a completely sealed container formed by the effective combination of PP frame and e-PTFE film. It incorporate a high moisture vapor transmission rate e-PTFE film to effectively store and protect the active pharmaceutical ingredients during the freeze-drying process, and reduce the risk of product fly-out or ejection during lyophilization.

2. Temperature Range: -80°C to 125°C

3. Sterilization Method: Gamma irradiation at 17–25 kGy

What is the difference in material between the freeze-thaw bags and the liquid storage/mixing bags?

Cobetter Lifecube single-use freeze-thaw bags utilize Topeva SA multilayer coextruded film, distinguished by its ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) liquid-contact layer, making it has excellent flexing resistance and exceptional low temperature performance.
