Due to the forces required to drive a tangential flow filtration process, a robust holder is needed to provide support against internal pressures. Further, the holder and gaskets can provide the liquid distribution of the feed, retentate, and permeate lines.
Cobetter TFF Cassette Holder (0.5m²) is available for use with 0.5m² or 2.5m² cassettes, with a maximum cassette capacity of 5m². Suitable for applications with throughput volumes more than 50 L.
